ECHO — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the mobile game ECHO (package com.technovo.echo) processes, why, and what control you have. It is written to match what the app actually does.

The game is published by TechnOVO Sp. z o.o., ul. Domanice 69, 55-081 Domanice, Poland (NIP 8961596096) ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact admin@baseai.pl.

Short version

Data stored on your device only

Completed levels, stars, best move counts, play time, hints, daily streak, audio/vibration/language settings and whether you bought "Remove Ads". This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Children

ECHO is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age required by local law. If you believe a child provided data through the app, contact us and we will remove it.

Retention

On-device data lives until you uninstall the game or use "Reset progress". Analytics and crash data are retained by Google according to their published retention settings (analytics event data: up to 14 months; crash data: up to 90 days), unless we shorten it in the Firebase console.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to admin@baseai.pl. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
